Nestled in the Eden Valley of Cumbria sits Out of Eden, a family-owned one-stop-shop for hospitality supplies; from in-room amenities to operations essentials, housekeeping supplies and luxury toiletries.

In order to reach new and existing customers a content marketing strategy was developed to create high-quality blog content to showcase tips, trends and reports based on the hospitality industry.

Rather than solely promoting their own business within the blog section of their website, Out of Eden now hosts a wealth of added value industry insights, allowing customers to gain more than just supplies when they visit!

In order to create a credible industry voice on the blog, Out of Eden worked with hotel & B&B owners, and their guests, to add secondary voices in their content and provide validity in their insights.

An ‘author’ panel was added to the blog posts and third-party voices were recruited to contribute to the content. Emerging influencer (or micro-influencer) ‘Explore with Ed’ was secured as a guest interviewee.

Explore with Ed brought an impressive list of credentials having featured in Lonely Planet, Sunday Mirror’s Notebook and The Sun, and gave the Out of Eden blog a splash of travel and hospitality prowess.
